Field Trips & Field Studies

Kids in the Museum

Our students must integrate the world outside their classroom in order to truly connect the topics they are studying to their community and to find deep meaning in their project work.

Preschool students travel once a week to explore the many diverse opportunities of Southern California.

Starting in elementary school, students start traveling 2-3 times a week. In addition to field trips, our elementary students engage in field studies – field studies are taught by master teachers and are usually 4-16 weeks in length.
